Do you require a deposit and what type of payment do you accept?
Dimension One Limousine does require a deposit which varies based on the vehicle type. Final payment is due prior to any service. Personal checks are not accepted the day of your event.
How much does a limousine rental cost?
Limousine rental varies based on they type of limousine needed and day of the week. Please contact Dimension One Limousine @ (810) 623-0777 so that we can discuss your needs and custom tailor a package that will meet or exceed your desires.
What is included with limousine service?
Dimension One Limousine can custom tailor a package to include or exclude just about anything. The best policy is to get an "all-inclusive" price quote which would include the total fare plus gratuity and any other miscellaneous expenses. At Dimension One Limousine, our policy is to offer a very competitive fare which we will disclose up front and in advance with no hesitation.
Do I have to tip the driver, and if so, how much?
Yes. The industry-standard driver gratuity is 20% of the total fare. At Dimension One Limousine, we can include and itemize this item for you on your invoice for your convenience. If you feel that your driver has performed in an manner exceeding your expectations (which ours always do), you are welcome to tip more.
I want to attend a special event (Prom / Concert / Sporting Event), how early should I book a reservation?
Since our limousines are booked on a first come first serve basis, you need to book your reservation as early as possible to insure that you will get the limousine that you want.
When do my rental charges begin?
At Dimension One Limousine your rental charges will begin at your designated pickup time at your pickup location. If a travel charge is necessary, it will be disclosed to you at the time you make your reservation.
Do we have to pay for the limo while we attend our event?

Can We Drink Alcohol in the Limo?
Yes if everyone is over the legal age of 21 .
